Target Audience for Appleby Street

Our targeted audience for Appleby Street is of aged 15 and above, due to its planned reasonably scary context and excessive scenes which may be innapropriate for some of the younger ages. The target audience reflects the characters in the film, which would effectively give the audience the chance to relate to the characetrs and their way of thinking, and to consume the emotions displayed by the characters throughout the film.
Also, with the target audinece being of a similar age to me, this enables me to consider what would entertain myself through watching a horror and what I would feel to satisfy the conventions of the genre and the audience.
